The most effective use of your Pupil Premium funding
Improving the educational experience and attainment outcomes of disadvantaged learners means investing in the professional development of your staff. Investing in staff development yields benefits - for learners, teachers and communities - that persist long into the future.
Full transparency on costs
No one likes surprises when it comes to unexpected costs. We recognise that as a busy school leader you don't want to spend valuable time sending pricing enquiries to CPD providers, so we present on this page our costings in full. This should allow you to calculate an accurate estimate for the session you require.

Full day INSET (three 90 minute face to face sessions)
Facilitator Fee of £15 per participant, subject to the relevant Minimum Fee below
Minimum Fee, peak time (at start of school term) = £1,250
Minimum Fee, off-peak (all other weeks) = £950
Plus Additional Costs as detailed below.
Morning / half day INSET (two 90 minute face to face sessions)
Facilitator Fee of £12.50 per participant subject to the relevant Minimum Fee below

Twilight INSET (one 90 minute face to face session)

75 minute INSET webinar (hosted on your school's video conferencing platform)

Note that this fee assumes that you will host and set up the webinar on your organisation's own video conferencing platform. If you would prefer us to host the webinar this is not a problem but will carry an additional cost.
Minimum Fee, peak time (at start of school term) = £600.
Minimum Fee, off-peak (all other weeks) = £450.
Additional Costs, and working out the total cost
In addition to the Facilitator Fee above, the following Additional Costs apply for face to face INSET bookings.
Travel costs
Your facilitator will usually arrive by car. Mileage is charged at the standard AMAPS rate, which is currently 45 pence per mile. Mileage costs can be estimated by checking the distance between your school and OX28 2JB using the 'Directions' feature of Google Maps, then multiplying the number of miles by £0.90 to account for the outward and return journeys.
For schools that are further away from our base in West Oxfordshire, your facilitator may instead use public transport and taxis and recharge these expenses at cost.
Accommodation costs
For schools that are far enough away from our base in West Oxfordshire to require a hotel stay, accommodation costs will be added for a night's stay at a reasonable local hotel. Accommodation is not usually necessary for twilight INSETs.

Invoicing, payment and cancellations
An invoice will be submitted after the session has been delivered. We do not ask for a deposit, but reserve the right to charge a Cancellation Fee if a session is cancelled by the client at notice of less than 30 calendar days. Within 30 calendar days of the scheduled booking date, the Cancellation Fee is 50% of the applicable Minimum Fee. Within seven calendar days of the scheduled booking date the Cancellation Fee is 100% of the applicable Minimum Fee. Any non-refundable expense already incurred may also be charged.
N.B. The Cancellation Fee will be waived in the event of another national lockdown affecting a booking. We will always use our best endeavours to negotiate a better outcome than charging a Cancellation Fee, but reserve the right to do so.
